Banana & Cheesecake Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
½ cup nonfat sour cream
2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1 scoop banana or vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fat-free (skim) milk
3 packets of sugar substitute or equivalent of 2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Nutmeg (optional)
3 medium bananas, unpeeled
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients (except for the nutmeg and bananas) in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
- Take 2 tablespoons of the mix and place into small plastic container. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional). Cover the containers and put into the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, peel the bananas and dip the bananas into the sauce.
- A great dessert!
